you can fly to bologna or ancona and then either drive or catch a train to fano or pesaro, and then a taxi to villa giulia.

if you fly to mxp (milano malpensa) you need to transfer to the milan central station, where you can get the "frecciarossa" train to pesaro and then a taxi to villa giulia
